MINCED MEAT WITH CHICKEN
Serves 6, Preparation Time: 1.5 hours, Cooking Time: 45 minutes

Preparation:
Cut the chicken into desired pieces and fry in oil.
After frying, season with salt and black pepper, and cook slowly over low heat until tender.
In a separate pan, sauté the minced meat.
Add walnuts, almonds, raisins, and the crumbled bread (fried in oil) to the sautéed meat.
Season with salt, black pepper, and cinnamon, and cook slowly with the chicken pieces.
Serve hot.
You can prepare this delicious dish by combining chicken and minced meat with raisins and walnuts for added richness.

500 grams minced meat
100 grams walnuts
50 grams unsalted almonds
3 slices of crumbled bread
Raisins (for stuffing)
Salt
Black pepper
Cinnamon
