MINCED MEAT WITH CHICKEN

Serves 6, Preparation Time: 1.5 hours, Cooking Time: 45 minutes

Preparation:

  • Cut the chicken into desired pieces and fry in oil.

  • After frying, season with salt and black pepper, and cook slowly over low heat until tender.

  • In a separate pan, sauté the minced meat.

  • Add walnuts, almonds, raisins, and the crumbled bread (fried in oil) to the sautéed meat.

  • Season with salt, black pepper, and cinnamon, and cook slowly with the chicken pieces.

  • Serve hot.

  • You can prepare this delicious dish by combining chicken and minced meat with raisins and walnuts for added richness.

  • 500 grams minced meat

  • 100 grams walnuts

  • 50 grams unsalted almonds

  • 3 slices of crumbled bread

  • Raisins (for stuffing)

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cinnamon
