LEEK BALLS

Serves 6, Preparation Time: 45 minutes, Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Preparation:

  • Cook the ground beef until all the liquid evaporates.

  • Boil the leeks and squeeze out all the liquid until dry.

  • Soak the bread slice in water, then squeeze it thoroughly to remove all moisture.

  • After these steps, process all the ingredients in a food processor.

  • To the resulting mixture, add salt, pine nuts, black pepper, and the egg. Mix well.

  • Shape the mixture into balls and fry in hot oil until golden brown…

  • 1 kg leeks

  • 500 grams lean ground beef

  • 50 grams pine nuts

  • 1 egg

  • 1 slice of bread (soaked in water and squeezed dry)
