LEEK BALLS
Serves 6, Preparation Time: 45 minutes, Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Preparation:
Cook the ground beef until all the liquid evaporates.
Boil the leeks and squeeze out all the liquid until dry.
Soak the bread slice in water, then squeeze it thoroughly to remove all moisture.
After these steps, process all the ingredients in a food processor.
To the resulting mixture, add salt, pine nuts, black pepper, and the egg. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into balls and fry in hot oil until golden brown…

500 grams lean ground beef
50 grams pine nuts
1 egg
1 slice of bread (soaked in water and squeezed dry)
