FARFUR
Serves 6, Preparation Time: 1 hour, Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Preparation:
Sift the flour into a mixing bowl. Add salt and mix.
Create a well in the center of the flour and add the eggs. Knead until you get a smooth dough.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a thin sheet and cut into small squares.
Dry the squares in a windy area on a clean sheet. Once thoroughly dried, transfer to jars or a cloth bag.
Heat a teaspoon of margarine in a pot. Toast the dough squares.
In a separate pot, sauté grated tomatoes and add enough meat or chicken broth to cover the farfur.
Add the toasted farfur squares to the boiling sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes and let it steep.
Divide into serving plates and serve hot.
